Job Description

Reporting to the Customer Sales & Service Manager, the purpose of the Customer Sales & Service Advisor is to service our existing customers and provide them with the highest level of customer service.

Main Job Missions

  • Service all existing customers
  • Providing the highest level of service to customers, dealer partners and repairers
  • Increase renewal sales

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office package
  • Ability to work under pressure
