WMS Group (UK) Ltd (WMS), part of leading international warranty aftersales provider Opteven Group, has bolstered its market-leading Safe & Sound brand once again with the launch of its specialist motorcycle warranty cover.
The new offer, which replaces WMS’ existing motorcycle warranty scheme, has been revamped to meet market needs and will sit under Safe & Sound for the first time; bringing the flexibility of three different cover levels, each designed to provide motorcycle owners complete peace of mind.
WMS’ motorcycle warranty product represents the UK’s highest level of motorcycle cover, and includes the reassurance of breakdown attendance and recovery, an easy and fast claims process, unlimited claims, parts and labour throughout the cover period (up to the current market value of the motorcycle) with rapid and quality repairs through WMS’ trusted nationwide repairer network.
The launch of WMS’ specialist motorcycle warranty product follows the appointment of motorcycle warranty expert, Kerry Whitaker, who joined the company as Account Manager for the motorcycle division to develop its offer in the sector. Kerry has been working directly with dealers to understand and the warranty tools needed to increase sales and best support customers with their after-sales requirements.
