Leading warranty provider WMS Group is inviting dealership owners and managers to join an industry panel providing opinions and views on the big issues facing the sector.

Members of the WMS Dealer Panel will receive short quarterly online surveys, with future plans to introduce exclusive events and in-person round table discussions.

As well as providing insights on key mobility topics such as the post COVID recovery, the digitalisation of the customer journey and the used EV car market, dealers will also be asked a series of questions on the state of the industry and their confidence in the future, providing a regular barometer of the used car market. Panellists will be invited to respond to as many surveys as they wish. There will also be the chance to input into new products and services being developed by WMS to encourage customer loyalty and boost dealer profits.

Those taking part in the Dealer Panel will receive a preview of the results of each survey before the findings are published, providing valuable insights for their business.
