WMS Group wins Warranty Provider of the Year award
We’re delighted to announce that we have been awarded the prestigious Warranty Provider of the Year 2015 accolade for our car dealer warranties, as voted for by you!
The coveted Car Dealer Power awards ceremony which takes place every year at the iconic Spinnaker Tower, Portsmouth, was once again attended by the automotive suppliers dedicated to providing an unprecedented service. Businesses voted the WMS Group as the best car dealer warranty provider in light of our ongoing commitment to serving the motor retail industry and its customers with the most comprehensive warranty products and support.
On handing over the award, Colin Channon, editor of Car Dealer magazine commented: “Our winner has continued to grow and add more and more dealers to its portfolio. Over the last two years we have embarked on a series of extensive developments to support the continued growth including rolling out a 24/7 customer helpline, live chat and independent car warranty reviews. Further key account managers have joined us from across the UK to nurture and develop the dealer network, supported by the additional recruitment of high-calibre internal staff across every department.
