We are always keen to receive feedback from our car warranty customers – good or bad – regarding their claims experience, which is why we’ve partnered with Reevoo, the independent review specialists. Reevoo also collect reviews on behalf of a number of vehicle manufacturers including Kia, Subaru, Peugeot, Vauxhall and Mazda so you can be sure that you are reading genuine comments from genuine customers.
Once the claim has been authorised and the payment settled, providing we have your email address you will receive an invitation from Reevoo within seven days asking to leave feedback about your claims experience.
This feedback will be published on our website usually within 24 hours.

Car broke down on the Sunday, Spoke to WMS Monday morning Circa 8am and very helpful on the process. Garage spoke to claims department and approval given and car fixed by Monday PM. Cheque in the post same day. Couldn't fault speedy approach to handling the claim.
