Warranty specialists the WMS Group have today officially announced their 24 hour opening times.

Business-to-business warranty specialists the WMS Group have today announced that they will be open for business 24 hours a day, 365 days a year to provide the optimum support for their dealership and policy holder networks.

Customers can now contact the WMS Group on 01844 293810 or email claims@wmsgroup.co.uk to receive claims and administration assistance, emergency repair authorisation and recovery co-ordination. The company’s evening and weekend call handlers can also authorise roadside repairs which will carried out by a network of approved recovery operators including the AA, RAC and Green Flag.

WMS Group marketing manager Steph Newbery comments: “Vehicles are heavily relied on these days and it is important that we are available to deliver emergency service and 24 hour telephone support for our customers. We want to take as many problems away from the dealer as possible, and our new opening hours have already enabled us to do this effectively. So far we have helped a huge number of customers, dealerships and repairers who would have otherwise needed to wait until the following day for assistance. The Group has been piloting their out-of-hours operation since July with unprecedented success, having been able to assist thousands of customers requiring emergency assistance outside the normal office hours.
