I just thought that I had to mail you and thank you for your excellent service. My car started to have problems starting and after investigation the problem was identified as a faulty starter motor. My garage contacted you and was informed that as long as I could provide proof of service the work could commence (the garage had serviced it and new the history). The only issue was a slight difference in the hourly rate. When I first received notification on the renewal of the vehicle guarantee, I was in two minds whether to take out the policy or not. When i saw the price of the plan and what I got for it i did not need to think no more, it was a deal that I couldn’t refuse, and I’m so glad that I didn’t refuse. I have had to use the from vehicle guarantee on two occasions saving me on costly parts and repair bills. On the two occasions i have contacted your team, i have always had a quick response by friendly and helpful staff, fully explaining to me what i needed to do to get my vehicle repaired, who I had to contact and what I needed to do to pay for the repairs and how I got my reimbursements. On all the occasions I have dealt with you there has always been quick decisions made over the phone to me or to the staff who are carrying out the repairs, also I have never had to wait longer than a few days before my cheque arrived for all reimbursements to me. I find the claims process very easy, I particularly like that you are able to deal directly with the garage and that the garage I have been using are prepared to do this on my behalf without concern. My story and timescale is listed below, I hope this is helpful:

  • Monday morning, contacted your company to seek advice as my cars gearbox had broke.
  • Wednesday, car towed into garage to be assessed.
  • Friday phoned you to inform my garage details and arrange a representative from your company to go and inspect the gearbox.

All correspondence was then taken between the garage and yourselves.

  • Ten days later I went and paid the bill on the Wednesday, by the Saturday of that week the cheque from from Vehicle Guarantee Services (WMS Group) proportion of the bill, was with me.
