All policy documentation will be provided to the customer by the selling dealership at the point of sale, and they will receive an agreement validation letter as soon as we accept the cover on risk.

Please ensure that you and your customers carefully read our T&Cs to establish whether the products are suitable for their needs and requirements. Our WMS mechanical breakdown insurance warranty products and MOT policies are fully underwritten by AmTrust International Underwriters Limited. Unless otherwise stated, our premiums exclude Insurance Premium Tax (I.P.T) or VAT at the applicable rate.

We are committed to protecting and respecting your privacy in accordance with the current Data Protection Legislation (“Legislation”). 8. RETENTION

In most cases the retention period will be for a period of seven (7) years following the expiry of the insurance contract, or our business relationship with you, unless we are required to retain the data for a longer period due to business, legal or regulatory requirements. In any case, where data is retained we will endeavour to delete or to anonymise any personal elements, in order to maintain your privacy and security.
